Weekly Power Rankings: NHL Teams That Improved The Most This Offseason
Some teams did a lot better than others.
In this week’s Power Rankings we turn our focus to the offseason champions and the teams that did the most to improve their rosters via trades, free agency, and the draft.
Just because it needs to be pointed out: This is not a ranking of the best overall teams going into the 2022-23 season (we will get to that closer to the start of the season), but simply a ranking of the teams that improved the most from where they were at the end of the 2021-22 season.
Heck, some of the teams at the top of the list might not even make the playoffs this season. But that does not mean they did not dramatically improve.
At least on paper.
Let us get to it.
